Spark Offerings is an adaptive duo that supports social and community leaders to embody their values through generative leadership and an inclusive management approach.
Co-founders Saima Butt and Kristina Larkin have combined 20+years of professional experience, in both local and national social service nonprofits in sectors such as adult education, settlement, and youth work.
As frontline workers, project managers, program directors, thought leaders, board members, and active community members, the Spark team has a strengthened dedication not only to the outcomes of social justice work but the process as well.
Spark Offerings commitment to strong pedagogical approaches has been developed through engagement with community education & social movements, academia & professional training, and lived experience. As friends and colleagues, they saw an opportunity to welcome others into their growing conversations around leadership, representation, and sustainability.
